may the DEPARTED rest in peace

as the title of the post goes may my saturday also rest in peace :D

Seriously a movie with an amazing starcast, a famous director (martin scorsese..i got a palm ulcer typing that and a mouth ulcer pronouncing that :D wat, wat did u say a sissy who could not score well in english??) and of course a rich producer (brad pitt being one of them :D) should have been watched by me ages ago (ok..at least an year ago..)
but the last time i took time to watch it, my feeble mind could not stand the slang :D
i slept off over a bet with my friend over the *uck count :D
seriously..we do our best to collect new statistics which might help us when we open the great consultancy firm..
which reminds me im digressing (thats a new technique some bloggers like me use to increase the length of their blog post :D)

its a action flick.. (thats another technique in writing which says make abrupt jumps to the point u want to make :D)
excuse me, mr. director (as the name gives my hands creeps, we r goin to address him by his profession :D) i dint hear any dhishum dhishum throughout he movie..as an Indian movie buff i am accustomed to look out for mind numbing, soul stirring, high octane action sequences, where the good guy always makes a comeback and triumphs..
now u'll scream in my ears that it was no Indian cinema..it was a Hollywood movie..
but are not movies supposed to be of universal appeal nowadays, with the cross over cultures wala funda ?? now, now, gotcha..ab jawaab de khadoos :P
one more thing mr. director, in your movie everyone died in the end..there was no social message to be given..very unlike a good movie which has a public service message :D

ha, but the camera did move on a mouse in the end..
im thinking..
ohhhh..very clever..so that was the mouse which gave u inspiration to make a movie on chor and police (cops and goons) who love to play the cat and mouse game..
was it to show a mouse always wins ??
or was it a tribute to the mouse kind ?? wasnt it?
oh my god..so subtle..i respect u so much :D

but sir i have one humble request..with my limited vocabulary of slangs (of course!!), could u come up with an easy on the ears version of the movie, so poor souls like me would comprehend the rich dialogue content ?
i mean i can give u comprehendable or even milder version of slangs you used, so that in my country everyone will understand your master piece and the message it wants to convey ?
and moreover the censor board here would lift the 'A' rating :D

otherwise with your super cool direction and screenplay the movie is really good (i have to change my stand cos of the 'mouse' issue now :D)
may the Departed rest in peace !!!

P.S. it is truly top class movie, just that the slang was something else :)
Must watch if u like racy, action packed films !!
