Always an Indian
Read Priya Ramani's article a long time ago (when it got published i.e.). Though people ripped her apart on twitter for being so open about her judgemental opinions, I had mixed feelings about it.
And then Great Bong published this. Which I think is a really amazing post. He doesnt throw bricks at anyone but so aptly puts his point across.
Both articles are thought provoking. But I agree more with the latter for its democratic stance.
On a personal note, I think people everywhere are basically the same. Culture, surroundings, situations set apart their identities. May be. After all it always boils down to the conundrum of existence and identity, which is very individual to every existence. I am running in circles here, aint I ?
